I'm proposing that the UNAM enact mandatory reclycing laws effective immediatly as part of our environamental protection interests. To be included in this law is that each member nation must submit the wieght of how much it has recycled each week to keep an update on the progress.

I applaud your initiative but I would personally support a full environmental policy rather than just a recycling law, perhaps the UNAM Council could have a meeting of environment ministers?

Though the Socialist Union was not here to vote on this proposal, and the vote took place over a few months ago, we do not accept it. We have already initiated a recycling program for paper and plastic items, but will not accept any other terms of this proposal.
